These terms apply to all orders placed through this store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Our products are cosmetic products for external use only. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly. Results vary from person to person. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

4. Orders and contract

Product listings are an invitation to make an offer. By completing checkout you make a binding offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or ship your order. We may decline or cancel orders, for example in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability; any payment already made will be refunded in full.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through the payment providers offered at checkout. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout.

7. Money-back guarantee

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products concerned. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
